b. Product Development: there is always improvement in food industry. Via the communication and the fast excess to information has shortened the life of the new developed products. In these circumstances the demand for new ideas and products has been increased. By market searches, we define the different and preferable (in means of easy to consume or mostly liked) products. After defining the demand in the product range, we share our experience in product developing. Not only by sharing ideas, also with new ingredients, applications we carry on this process to application in the plant and with some promotional tips to marketing the product.

In marketing of a new food product; it starts with the positioning and the consumer segmentation of the product.
