a. Flavoring Solutions: are grouped in two topics. Single ingredients are the constituents of some combined solutions. These single ingredients are mostly consist of spices&herbs and some other supporting ingredients. Spices&herbs can be provided non-gmo and organic (on demand). If combined solution is a demand from our clients, all the ingredients are gathered for one single solution according to process and end products’ requested parameters.

i. Single Ingredients: spices, herbs, dried vegetables and fruits are the forms of the single ingredients group. Main focus of supplying above listed single ingredients is the specification of our client. On demand we may offer the appropriate ingredient with the suitable specification to the target application. With physical parameters (sieve size, color), chemical parameters (volatile oil, moisture, ext.) controls we assure the right products. In agricultural products, Food safety is the priority, we are procuring the raw materials focusing on mycotoxins, pesticide residues and heavy metal content.

ii. Blending Solutions: Todays food production has to be efficient. Procuring all the ingredients as single, increases the operational costs and slows down the overall process.

We offer innovative solutions for process optimization. Via the experience of DS FOODS, we define the appropriate solutions considering physical and chemical parameters of the process. The blended solution can be offered CLEAN LABEL with organic ingredients or GMO-FREE solutions.

b. Functional Blends This topic is where we offer regarding your process; with the stabilization, emulsification and preserving solutions. There are different possible solution on demand like; ORGANİC, CLEAN LABEL, VEGAN and so on.

i. Preservation solutions: as humans we are consuming organic compounds for their nutritional values, the other microorganisms also target food products as nutritional source. So we have to protect our food from the production till consumption. There are plenty of production methods to preserve food products and in addition we apply some ingredients that can prolong the efficiency of the production process.

ii. Stabilization solutions: Due to the fast and mass production of the food products, it is vital to stabilize the consistency of the products according to the consumer’s expectations. This may vary in different applications like softness/hardness, elasticity, viscosity, etc. These physical conditions should be designed in a careful way. DS FOODS designs every step of the process with the suitable stabilization solution.

iii. Emulsification solutions: In food production there are phase differences as well as the different densities of the ingredients. One of the main topics is to use oil and water in the same product. To achieve a constant emulsion (water/oil or oil/water) we apply different processes and ingredients. It should be calculated in awareness of all steps and ingredients. DS FOODS supports producers in means of process and designing effective emulsifiers. All solutions should be individual for that specific process and application.
