a. Raw material procurement seminars: with our serving experience to food industry, we have performed seminars in TR and all around the world. In these seminars we have met with 370 attendance in TR and 100 attendance abroad. We have reached many colleagues and co-workers. With these seminars our target is to take a journey from the source of raw material, following the steps of quality parameters of the raw material, seasons/periods (if harvested) market players, applications, interactions with other ingredients and so on. This includes wide range of information regarding the raw material or the raw material group. What is vital in these seminars, as DS FOODS we directly focus the market of our client or the raw material with is procured. We always end up with awareness of the attendant’s and the efficiency in their working field.

b. Ingredient application seminars: It also may be called “raw material application” or “process application seminars”. This seminars are designed as following seminar to the previous mentioned seminar. After procurement of the correct ingredient or raw material, we come to the point how we should apply or process the item. This seminar covers application, process, production, quality aspects of the end product.
